» Back to News Index Time for a return trip to South Uist. I went there last year as part of my Gaelic course so was great to catch up with the windswept island gang. Tha mi a’cumail a’dol leis a’ Ghaidhlig cho math ‘s urrainn dhomh! This time I was there with Ewan MacPherson and AnnaWendy as part of our work for Live Music Now, which we greatly enjoyed. Myself and Ewan played a St. Patrick’s night Concert at the and had a great session the following night with Will Lamb, Mhairi Hall, Katie and Doctor guy and some of the students from the traditional music course there. I am looking forward to continuing work for LMN with Ewan and also with singer/harpist/general bubbly honey Kathleen Graham. The Birnam House Hotel played host to a couple of Nuala and Friends’ shows this month – what a fantastic place! |
